This cell is fully automated starting with the custom Inter-Motion design centerless gantry loading system.  Parts are indroduced to the cell from the rear side of the centerless conveyor via conveying system.  The parts are processed through the first grinder the intercepted by the robot.  The robot automatically moves the parts through several grinding processes.  This cell is equipped with a post process gaging system which the robot will automatically gage parts at a certain interval via a user determined variable.  The robot will verify the part is within tolerance and intern place the part on the exit conveyor.
