Job #0977 is a series of four Cincinnati 325-12 centerless grinders, rebuilt for a global, Fortune-500 company in the midwest. The job included a complete rebuild of the mechanical, electrical, lube, coolant, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The machines were upgraded with Allen-Bradley components, including ControlLogix with integrated Rockwell RS ViewStudio Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system.

The wheel balancing system was greatly improved, with updated balance head, controller, display, and sensors. All slides were precision-ground and scraped for tighter tolerances. Custom design-build loading and unloading chutes were added to integrate with the customer's conveyor system.
